Abstract

The authors have estimated the possibility of diagnostic ultrasonic examination methods of abdominal cavity with acute pancreatitis by revealing free liquid into abdominal cavity. The method can also be applied to investigate the destruction center of pancreas and the centres of a billiard hypertensia. The researchers have studied sensitiveness, specificity and general accuracy of the method in revealing specified symptoms that play an essential role at defining indications to an operative intervention.
